Note that we just supply the mic hardware and you as buyer is responsible for getting appropriate software that works with the mic. Preliminary tests show that iPhone applications from the AppStore do not work on the touch with the mic and that the iPod touch 2.0 firmware does not work with the mic at least out of the box, so you need to run jailbroken firmware 1.1.4. If you are just interest in the headphone capabilities with the remote control (without using the mic), this works with most iPods (including touch) out of the box without need for jailbreaking. The headset has one button that is used to adjust volume (long press), stop/start music playback (short click) and next track (double click). When the VoIP software supports it, the button will also be used to answer/hangup calls (short click). The headset will work with all iPods with dock connector, but note that the headset will NOT work with the iPhone!
